Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of receiving your order, but it may take up to five working days depending on how busy the bakery is. Unfortunately, we can not be more specific as the demands on the bakery changes on a daily basis- depending on how many orders we have received that day.

Delivery will take one - five working days from dispatch. We work with Royal Mail to ensure your brownies and treats arrive quickly and safely to you, however, under COVID-19 we are aware that orders may take a little longer and we are asking our customers to be a little more patient. Sometimes parcels can take up to 10 days to arrive If you do have any questions about your order email Emmy at emily@thetravellingspoon.com.

 

Where does The Travelling Spoon deliver to?

All our products displayed on our website are delivered throughout the UK. Our standard first class shipping includes postcodes in England, Wales & the majority of Scotland & Northern Ireland. If you have any questions please contact Emmy on emily@thetravellingspoon.com

 

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose or request a delivery date and time or our postal orders, but we do offer this on our click and collect service. We dispatch orders as soon as we can. We would always recommend you to order earlier rather than later.  If you do have a specific delivery date in mind and would like to discuss this further contact Emmy on emily@thetravellingspoon.com 

 

 PLEASE NOTE: The Travelling Spoon only dispatch weekdays for example if your order is placed on a Saturday we will aim to dispatch your order the following Monday. If you require your order for an event at the weekend please take this into account when you place your order.

 

Shelf Life

Please note Emmy's brownies have a  two-week shelf life at room temperature. Four- six-week shelf life in the fridge and can be frozen up to six months.
